The team was really nice and welcoming, offering a warm drink when I entered, they are very professional and patient, I am really happy with the results ✨! The only downsides to the experience were a 40-minute wait time, a strong acrylic smell in the shop, and a few missing details from the service compared to what was promised on the website. Overall, the staff is wonderful and the end result is great, but the environment and booking accuracy could be improved
