If I could give Zero Stars I would. Maybe I was unlucky getting the most demotivated and rude member of staff. She was incredibly unfriendly, zero helpful when I had questions and worked extremely unclean and not precise. Completely ignoring my wishes on nail length as well as giving me some shallow excuses, when I called her out on it treating me like I was a fool. I haven’t felt this uncomfortable in a long time! First & last time I’ve been here!
