Isabella was very caring and professional. She knew what she was doing.
However, the experience was extremely disappointing. The spa rooms were built but the walls don’t go from floor to ceiling. As such, it is extremely loud from the main room outside. Two ladies who worked there were talking unbearably loud throughout my entire procedure, even listening to voice notes out
loud. They knew there was a guest in the room but they didn’t care. I could not relax at all.
