Horrible! hygiene is really bad, color application is horrible, so unprofessional. Hygiene is top priority? They use same towel for almost everyone/everything, they don’t even clean the pedicure basin and if they do, they use the same towel they just used for ur feet. Same tools for everyone. Same gloves for answering calls, wiping floors, doing manicure and pedicure. Color application is thick. They don’t even care!

Es war etwas hektisch und ich musste vir Ort noch gute 20 min warten bis ich dran war. Dann wurde aber sehr sorgfältig und gründlich gearbeitet. Das Ergebnis ist auch gut geworden. Was mich wunderte ist, dass ich mehr zahlen musste als bei Treatwell eingegeben war, obwohl ich genau auch die gebuchte Leistung bekommen habe. Das finde ich ziemlich intransparent.
