Yesterday I had my first appointment at the salon and I’m quite happy with it.
Initially I was a bit uncomfortable and surprised that the nail artists apparently couldn’t speak any English, however 2 ladies were helping with the communication (they might be managers, I think) and even helping with making sure that I find the exact white nail polish I’m looking for.
They were clearly trying to make sure that I have a good experience at the salon.
Only downside is that they don’t take cards, only

Zunächst müssen Sie sich um die Desinfektion des Werkzeugs kümmern. Es ist furchtbar ekelhaft und gefährlich, solche schmutzigen Werkzeuge zu benutzen. Zweitens haben Sie wirklich gute Techniker, aber die letzte Maniküre war schlecht gemacht. Am nächsten Tag traten Abplatzungen auf und an vielen Nägeln trat Material aus. Im Allgemeinen eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Achten Sie auf Desinfektion und Ausführungsqualität. Danke sehr!
