Not reliable. My manicure started 15 minutes late despite a planned duration of 35 minutes. A second staff member had to step in to begin, then the original technician finished. I missed my next appointment. The first technician had a torn glove, with direct contact on my skin. I have been coming here regularly, and this was not the usual standard.
