The lady doing my nails was friendly, the expected result was not completely achieved. One cuticle bleed but she was sorry and took care of it right away. What wasn’t acceptable - one male employee stood next to us at the end and talked and laughed for some time, which made me feel uncomfortable - not friendly or professional at all. Also, I had to pay extra at the end, which was not communicated before, and discussed at the moment with the male employee as if the extra charge was not fixed.
