I’m so mad at myself for booking here again. During my first visit in June it was impossible to communicate with the nail artist, but they did an amazing job. This time was different. My German is not fluent yet and I fully understand that not all of your technicians speak English, but this woman was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to make my nails shorter after me asking several times. When I asked again, she mumbled something to her colleague and I just burst into tears. Never again.
