I like this salon but the quality of service depends on the technician you get. I’ve had Huy 3 times now. Once for shellac and twice for gel. He does fine with shellac but he doesn’t do a good job on gel nails. He leaves the gel too thick and doesn’t seal the ends properly. It’s been a week and the gel is already starting to separate from my nails. Plus, I requested a different technician but was assigned Huy last minute. I’d rather they rescheduled with the person I asked for.

Ich habe eine Maniküre mit Shellac gebucht. Leider lösen sich der Lack bereits nach vier Tagen vom Nagel. Der Grundsatz: „Eine Feile pro Kund*in.“ wie in anderen Studios gilt hier nicht. Maniküreinstrumente waren nicht frisch desinfiziert. Die Mitarbeiterin (so wie alle Mitarbeiter*innen) war sehr bemüht.
