The team member assigned to me was a bit rough, would shove my hand as a sign of placing it to the heat machine (shellac treament). Also didn't push my cuticles even a bit, so in just 24h you can already see a space between the nail polish and the start of the nail.
Only at the end, I was told that I had to pay cash, and Paypal as an alternative - I don't think the team is aware of how long it takes to create an account, I had to ask a friend for help to pay. They weren't helpful.

Die Behandlung qualitativ war gut. Der Service bei der Anwendung jedoch eher mau. Es wurde kaum etwas zum
Wunsch der Umsetzung gefragt. Freundlichkeit war kaum vorhanden. Es wurde intensiv mit einer Kollegin nebenher gesprochen.
