The salon was super nice and modern, and my first impression was great. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing: I waited 15 minutes after my appointment time, and no one even apologized. I had booked a “Konturenschnitt”, but it was not clear to me what the service included. The actual cut took only 4–5 minutes, just on the back at my request, and I expected it to be properly matched with the rest of my haircut. Honestly, I was disappointed. Sorry for being open!
