It's unfortunate they don't care for their customers. Took me days to research what salon to choose for my specific treatment (perm, cut, wash) which is expensive and I do once a year, (i have poor economy atm and had to wait 2 years to afford this) but its my yearly treat! Was looking forward to get it after 2 years. Was lookig for a good salon to becoming a returning customer but apparently they don't need that. Not good treatment for a customer they don't have to do anything to get the same money for. No basic human empathy even, and rude behaviour.
