I was presented with a balayage as a gift, so I came to the salon with a set of photos of expected color and haircut. The expected and promised white blonde did not happen, but orange/yellowish blonde. The explanation was that my hair is too dark 🤦‍♀️ it might have been fair to say at the beginning that it is not possible. Also I asked for highlights,but got the opposite - complete blond. Maybe it was the language problem, but I did not get the expected result 🙁
