They are all friendly and the salon is very clean. Shingo is very professional and has a good technique as hairdresser. He understands well what I want and really did a good job. I was very satisfied! Friseur Shingo is highly recommended.

The perm completely fell out because the hair pins where not placed tightly enough. I also found tons of "fish hook" ends in my hair after the perm - I'm not sure if this was the first perm he's done, but I will never go there again. I hope this is a lesson to not taken on customers for jobs they clearly do not know how to do for 130 euros.
