My hair was healthy after my August appointment. The problems began in December, when two follow-up visits (with no bleach touch-up) resulted in yellow hair, then green, and finally patchy orange with visible damage after the redo. The service guarantee fix made the condition worse, and I was advised not to touch my hair for at least three months. I paid €240 and received only a €100 partial refund. Treatwell confirmed they cannot force a refund, but as a partner salon this is beyond bad.
