I had an amazing experience at Shingo with Reina as my stylist. She was incredibly kind, offered me drink options, and remained polite throughout my visit. The highlight was the best head massage I’ve ever had during the hair wash—so relaxing! I got a perm, which turned out perfectly. Highly recommend!
