Based on the reviews, I opted for stylist Ezra. However, upon arrival, she informed me that another master would be cutting my hair as she had a different client. There was also a 15-minute delay from the scheduled appointment time, and I was asked to pay an additional 20 euros due to the length of my hair, on top of the 30 euros I already paid on the website. Despite these issues, I was content with the haircut.
