Charged extra claiming my hair was long , I agreed and then after Hair cut , the reason was something else which i did not understand. Also , the person (it was a guy named Tony) did not speak english and there was huge communication issues . I was expecting them to know what type of hair cut i need . He just ignored ,Moreover , i tried speaking deutsch and still it was useless. The staffs were talking to each other in their native language and it felt even worse. Like hello ??? Backbiting?
