Bei meiner Tochter hätte ruhig mehr abgeschnitten werden können. Als ich zu Hause nochmal durch gekämmt habe, waren die Spitzen wieder verknotet. Das Pflegeprodukt was sie in die Haare bekommen hat, was fürs Wetter unpassend, da sie dadruch fettige Haare bekommen hat und geschwitzt hat und wir direkt nochmal Haare gewaschen haben. Sonst war alles super, das war das einzig "negative" was mir aufgefallen ist. Wir würden definitiv wieder hingegen!

I only wanted a trim, which ended up costing 10 euros more than I expected. I asked the stylist "nix mit mein Pony" (nothing with my bangs) 3 times in a row, because I cut them myself so I can style them straight across or to the side, but she cut part of them anyway. This really upset me, because I asked her 3 times not to touch them. She also asked if I would like my hair to be dried a little, but did not offer any styling products. Their credit card machine wasn't working (only EC cards).
