I asked for a trim - as little as possible - and my hair to be straightened. The hairdresser barely spoke German or English, couldnt understand me. Cut far too much off. Then straightened my hair with the dryer on so hot that it burnt my scalp and am sure is not good for my (already very dry and brittle) hair, pulling it so hard that I had to strain to keep my head straight. In the saloon, the hairdressers spoke to oneanother in what I presume was arabic.
