I requested a blow dry. My hair is thin and both hairdressers were working on it, still don't understand why. At a certain point, she was about to pass a brush on me that was full of other people's hair and I had to stop her. They then left several brushes inside my hair, that while removing them, made me hurt a lot and left my hair very frizzy. I complained about this and the man didn't charge for the hair mask they previously applied, but in the end, I was not happy with the result
