Went in to get a balayage,asked for something lighter than my natural color (dark blonde) but that would still look natural. My hair initially ended up lighter than what I wanted, the hairdresser proceeded to apply a gloss that was darker than my natural color. He took some the gloss out of my hair, which partly worked out, I now have a reddish haircolor - although the color looks unexpectedly nice, it is not at all what I initially asked for. First and last time for me!
