Nail technician accused me of booking the wrong appointment. Was rude to me as soon as I entered the shop. In the end I was correct when I made my booking and the session was done in 15 minutes (as expected). She never apologized for her mistake. I've been going there for almost 2 years. Don't want to go back anymore. The time before my nails were decorated poorly but I didn't say anything as I had good experiences in the past. But these two bad sessions back to back is to much for me.
