They phoned me one day before my appointment if I could come in 30 min earlier. I agreed.
On the day of my appointment I came - as asked for - 30 min earlier than my original appointment. They welcomed me warmly and served me a very tasty cappuccino and asked me to sit on their sofa and wait a little.
After waiting 35 minutes I started to wonder why they would have asked me to come in earlier... I walked over to one of the staff members that had just started here shift after I arrived and asked how much longer I had to wait.
The answer was that it would be better to come back 3 hours later. As I had other obligations that day this was not an option for me. Although they seemed not very keen to help me out, eventually they were able somehow to fit me in an hour later than when I arrived. The head massage and haircut were great!
