My original appointment was cancelled a couple of hours before, and I was asked to postpone. In the end, we agreed that I would come earlier on the same day, at a new time that Marvin gave me. I reorganised my schedule to arrive exactly at the new time. When I arrived, Marvin was still cutting another client's hair and asked me to wait 20 minutes. So after having my appointment cancelled, arriving on time for the new slot and reorganising my day, I still had to wait. When Marvin finally starts.
