Ich hatte einen Pandemieschnitt (von nicht-Fachkundiger Person) und Marvin hat daraus eine tolle Mittelkurzhaarfrisur gemacht. Ganz wunderbar! Kommunikation war rücksichtsvoll, transparent, offen und Marvin hat sofort verstanden, was ich mir wünsche und was gut aussieht. Im Salon war eine sehr angenehme Stimmung, entspannt und sympathisch.

My overall experience was uninspiring and did not encourage me to want to return. The haircut I received was fine but I did not feel like I received exactly what I requested. The appointment started late and then I felt like I was being rushed and received the bare minimum of treatment. I was also not offered any refreshments, but perhaps this is a Covid rule. The cost is also more than I have paid at other salons, but the service did not meet expectations.
