I did not have the technician listed I had a man who was extremely rude,while cutting my toenails cut into my toe (it is still sore hours later),and insisted on using gel on my fingernails even though I paid for shellac and told them because of a medical condition that makes my nails very soft gel hurts very much.Instead of respecting my wishes he lied,showed me a shellac color and then used gel on my nails.During my pedicure he would not let me put my seat all the way back (I’m very tall). 0/10
