I've been a loyal customer of this salon, and previously they did a great job! My mistake was that I did not book my usual lash tech since I didn't expect such disaster. This time, the whole process was EXTREMELY painful, burning and teary. I left in tears with red eyes which I was told will be okay in 1 hour HOWEVER 2 days after I am still in pain, using eye treatment with red eye balls. This happens due to glue. Lash tech was lifting my top eye lid in the process. This never happened before.
