My German is not great, but the in ladies there are always kind to me and make me feel welcome. The two times I've been there, I've shown them a photo and they have managed to get it pretty close to what I wanted. My boyfriend was happy with the results too, which is not easy to achieve as he has family "in the bizz", so as long as he likes it, I'm happy
