Einfach eingerichteter Salon mit stetig offener Tür. Für mich keine Wohlfühloase, eher Hinterhofcharme. Das Telefon klingelt durchgehend während der Behandlung. Die Behandlerin nimmt Anrufe an ohne sich die Hände zu desinfizieren. Bei der Behandlung ist sie sehr bemüht. Arbeitet genau. Die Behandlung der Füße erfolgt achtsam und ist angenehm. Der Salon führt vorrangig Shell-Lack. Bei der Terminbuchung wurde darauf hingewiesen den eigenen Nagellack mitzubringen, da die Auswahl an einfachen Farblacken begrenzt ist. Für eine Pediküre mit Lack 23€ zu bezahlen ist unschlagbar. Weiterempfehlen kann ich die Behandlung und die freundliche offene Art der Behandlerin. Am Ambiente und der Sauberkeit ist noch Luft nach oben.

Tolles Ergebnis! Saubere, feine Arbeit. Alles lief mit Erklärung ab - was genau gemacht wird - weil man ja 45 Minuten die Augen zuhalten muss.
Es werden noch andere tolle Behandlungen in dem Studio gemacht (Pediküre/ Maniküre etc.).
Mir wurde Wasser, Kaffee oder Tee angeboten.
Was ein Pluspunkt ist; es gibt genug Parkplätze vor der Tür.

I had to do new manicure and pedicure after 2 days again. Because all was destroyed. But they told me I can come again and they will make all new for free, what definitely I didnt want to do. Serious? I dont have time to do my nails every third day.. I think the quality of products is very cheap, like all things around in this place. Is just looks cheap and not nice and location is bad as well. Extra pay for take off shellac? But is okay, my question was not about money, but about quality. The only a bit more stars, because I like woman who did manicure and pedicure for me, just her, and not her work. She is very lovely.. But quality is too bad.. all my nails was not same form, and I hate dry manicure - but on treatwell there was nothing says about it. Definitely I would not recommend this place, in Hamburg is much more nicer places where for same price you could get more comfortable and cosy atmothere, with quality products and work ♡
