Ich war zum ersten Mal hier und war sehr enttäuscht. Normalerweise wurde bei einer Maniküre mit Gel bei mir davor alles ordentlich runter gemacht, die Nagelhaut entfernt und die Nägel schön gemacht bevor wieder Gel darauf gemacht wird. Als gefeilt wurde musste ich fragen ob es nochmal ordentlich gemacht werden kann da meine Nägel alle eine unterschiedliche Form und Länge hatten. Ich werde hier nicht nochmal hin gehen.

Three nails broke from the base within 48h. They bled and it was quite painful. I assume it’s because they filed them too thin (they were my natural nails. The offered solution initially was cutting the first nail that broke with a nail clipper and disinfecting the open wound with cosmetic alcohol. I obviously said no. No refund no nothing. Never again.
