I know they are hard-working people and probably they were exhausted as well... but yes I waited like 50 minutes to get my nails done - 35 minutes of waiting until they start the service and then the lady disappeared and made me wait for extra 15-20 minutes. In the end, I was late for my next appointment and my fingers were bleeding :( they are still hurting.. I wanted to get my nails done to feel better and happier but I was too sad in the end of this whole service which was very poor.

Die Nägel sind perfekt geworden. Die Arbeit ist super gründlich und ordentlich und meine Wünsche wurden perfekt umgesetzt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle super nett. Ich komme gerne wieder!!
