sorry for the bad review, the staffs are nice, they give there best I believe. But there is a serious technical issue with Wimpernbehandlung. the treatment was very painful bc the artist almost planted the lashes into my skin, no space btw skin and lashes. The next day my eyelid got infected and every day big chunks if lashes like 5+on one lash fell off. now 4days later, I have in total around 10 lashes left which are all twisted. I cant complain either bc they don’t speak German..
