This is so sad, as I had good experience before, but this time I had a new employee doing my nails. My cuticle was not cleaned and cut before putting on the gel, although I asked him twice, he made several cuts into my cuticle are as the gel was applied incorrectly and cured to my skin. As he tried to fix it with a nail file, he caused the damage. I flagged that is painful, but it was ignored. And on the top of that, one nail got chipped only an hour after it was done. Not going back.
