I have a mid long hair and I wanted less volume and more connection through the hair, but not a short hair. I had some pictures of what I wanted and showed the hair cutter. By the end my hair looked completely different of what I wanted and showed, looking more like a helmet. By the end they have no product to protect your hair from heat when it’s time to dry (because according to the cutter this heating protectors don’t work) and I had to accept that he dried my hair with salty water. Very bad
