Super rough with my hands this time. The electric file he used was better suited for sanding wood rather than my nails with shellac and not acrylics!! Brought to tears, but no apology was offered. Rounded seems square on half the nails. Such a shame as normally I’m quite happy with my manicure at EP nails.
