unfortunately when I went the owner was not there and nobody could speak English. having already paid, however, I made the treatment but then I discovered that the fold was not included and what else to the balyage made me the color and I had to pay separately. I'm absolutely not satisfied with the color and the success. in addition to the rudeness of not telling me about paid services
