The lady was kind, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed. Regarding the facilities themselves, they're a bit bare, this is something that could be improved.

Ich war zum ersten Mal hier und bin super happy. Ich war sonst in einem der größeren Studios in Mitte und werde ab sofort nur noch hier hin gehen. Es gibt nur 2 super nette Mitarbeiterinnen. Es ist damit weit weniger hektisch. Außerdem hat sie sich viel mehr Zeit genommen und ich auch 3-4 mal über Stellen gegangen um möglichst nicht noch mit der Pinzette arbeite zu müssen. Das Ergebnis ist deutlich sauberer und besser.

Extremely great service. Well taken care of. The preparation before the waxing was the best I have had do far. I did feel that the waxing could have been more efficient. Patches of hair are still visible
