Booked a haircut and beard trim for 13:30 via Treatwell, but had to wait because of the barber still being busy with another client.
After 15 minutes Hanna started cutting my hair while not being finished with the other client completely. When my haircut was done, the next client came, so we had no time for the beard trim.
All in all it was not a pleasant experience as being on time is important to me. The haircut was ok though.
