I booked an appointment with Lorin but a few hours before my appointment they changed it to Pauli and at the salon a different man did the hair. I was uncomfortable by the atmosphere because, firstly, I expected Lorin to do my treatment but I was already at the salon when I realised she either doesn’t work there or it’s a fake profile to bring in female customers and secondly, throughout my 2 hrs at the salon, not a single woman came in. My roots are still wavy, so it’s not properly done either
