My appointment was with HA. I had a very clear idea of how I wanted my haircut — and it turned out to be the worst haircut of my life. My hair is now asymmetrical, with no style, no shape. I used to love my hair, and now I just want it to grow back — which will take a long time, unfortunately. I felt manipulated. If you don’t know how to do a proper haircut, don’t blame the client! You ruined my hair! I honestly don’t understand how you can be listed as a “top stylist.”
