They had no idea about the appointment and I got a girl who had no idea what to do. She tried to remove normal polish with kitchen paper? She didn't cut the nails/skin and just rubbed scrub so hard on my feet my toe was bloody. Took a call while colleague held the phone to her ear. After 10 mins I was told it was "done" and had to dry my legs and feet myself. Nails also catastrophic. Filed different lengths and shapes, no cuticle removed. Cash only, no card and no receipts. Never again.

Es war sehr gut. Sie sprechen zwar nicht mit einem, ist sehr schade. Haben immer Kopfhörer in den Ohren. Dann hat zwischenzeitlich auch eine andere nageldesignerin weiter gemacht. Das finde ich nicht so schön

Insgesamt ist es ein gutes Nagelstudio. Leider lässt die Terminkoordination zu wünschen übrig. Den gebuchten mitarbeiter kann ich nicht bewerten, da dieser gar nicht vor Ort zum termin war.
