The result on my hair is good, so the girl doing it is good at her job.The overall atmosphere was terrible,and it got worse when I was told I cannot pay by card in any way. I showed how off guard I was because of it, not only because I had no card on me to get money from an atm,but I was also rushing to go to work.The manager didn’t show any sort of empathy acknowledging my anxiety, only directed me to go to Roßmann and get her the money right away.There was only silence when i returned.
