I had previously had good experiences at this salon, but my last visit was disappointing. I requested a specific colour during the consultation and assumed this had been communicated to the stylist. However, stylists changed mid-appointment, and the result was not as expected. I need to be able to trust that specific instructions are clearly communicated and followed. I found the manager’s response wholly unsatisfactory, as no discount was offered of their own accord.
