I gave the benefit of the doubt last time when someone cut too much skin off and made my toe bleed, this time someone cut my big toe open with a razor blade. Very unacceptable, in pain and really unhappy.

I got UV gel nails for the first time. The salon is beautiful and calm. My nail artist talked through my choices and did a fantastic job. She was super friendly and we chatted the whole time. I look forward to my next appointment.
