I used to love going to this salon, but my last visit was awful. I pointed out that my gel polish was coming off, and instead of fixing it, the technician impulsively cut my entire long nail off without asking. When I asked why, no one explained—just said I could add a tip. I didn’t even get an apology until I spoke up. On top of that, if I pay at the salon instead of the app, they mark me absent, so I don’t get the Treatwell points. Disappointing.
