VERY bad experience!! Dont go there!! I had an appointment via treatwell for specific service that should not cost more than 15 euros. Eventually they charged me 45 euros. I showed them the details of my appointment, but they ignored it. All what they want was money! Poor customer service, loud voice, and disrespectful..don’t go there!

Frau Tran war gar nicht da. Ich hatte extra bei ihr diesen Termin eingetragen, sie macht sonst auch immer meine Nägel. Die Chefin erzählte mir, dass Frau Tran diesen Monat nicht arbeitet. Sehr Schade, dass es mit Ihrem Bestellsystem nicht übereinstimmt.
