Hello. Very dissappointed. Made an appointment, came in, no one was at the desk to check us in. Finally someone came, didnt let us know the wait time or anything. Waited 30 minutes and still wasnt seen. While we were waiting, I had someones toenails flying across the room and landing on me and in my lap. Very gross.
