The staff was not aware of the Treatwell package I had booked, and the owner commented it was "so cheap" despite it being listed. I noticed visible dirt on the manicure table & observed the cuticle scissors being sprayed once with disinfectant before use. The staff spoke in another language throughout my appointment, making it less relaxing. The nail polish chipped before I got home. I also wasn't given my change and had to pay €20 instead of €18. Overall, I am not satisfied with my visit.
