had gel manicure with tips. they did not size my nails right even after I commented that they were using tips too small. they said 'trust me'. nail filing was crooked, gel nails were bulky and because tips were too small, there were gaps from the end of my natural nail. they look terrible. after a while, I gave up commenting and just wanted it over with.
